Changes to First Home Owners Grant

The Revenue Laws Amendment Bill 2014 contains various amendments to the Duties Act 2008, the Land Tax Act 2002 and the Pay-roll Tax Assessment Act 2002

Royal Assent was granted on 2 July 2014.  The commencement date of the FHOG amendments is 3 July 2014.
